Hello, I’m Tim

My adventure into the world of wedding photography began somewhere around 2007 or 2008 when some of our family friends announced they were getting married – and like many new wedding photographers, I was nearby with a camera in my hand and volunteered to snap a few photos.

Fortunately everything went OK, the couple loved their photos and soon after then more and more people kept asking me to photograph their own celebrations. Through the intervening years I steadily worked my way through all our friends and extended family who were tying the knot & haven’t looked back!

I’ve always had a passion for photography right from an early age when I was lucky enough to be able to experiment with developing my own black & white film & prints many moons ago back in school.

Building on that, the idea and excitement of being able to dedicate time to photographing people on one of the most exciting and fabulous days of their lives ignited a whole new passion.

Every single wedding is different and even now after shooting quite a few weddings I thrive on the uniqueness. Of course, we go into the day with a rough timeline and idea of when the important things will happen – but none of us actually know for sure how the day’s going to unfold once it gets going.. and that’s just magic!

It’s what always pushes me to document the reality.

The genuine, authentic moments that make the day are yours and yours alone – and I’ll use them to create the best possible story of your day; whatever direction they go in!

Over the last few years I’ve been honoured to shoot weddings at a whole host of wonderfully exquisite venues around the UK, including Norfolk & East Anglia – with repeat visits to some of the finest venues in our wonderful county.

I’m also proud to be regularly recommended by our absolutely wonderful clients along with being a recommended photographer for many local venues, professional wedding planners and other leading wedding industry suppliers.

In terms of me, I’m a little north of 40, married to Angela since 2008 and Dad to our two wonderful children – Sam & Ellie.  In 2021 we added the awesome Luna (Cocker Spaniel) to the tribe for a bit more craziness… follow her adventures over on Insta at: @life_of_luna.21

We’re based just outside Norwich in the beautiful Norfolk village of Brooke,  but I’m always happy to jump in the car to photograph weddings throughout the UK.

I love to tell the story of your day

I love to use my skills to tell a story;  photographing people, capturing raw beautiful emotions – and documenting Weddings in my honest, documentary yet creative style to give you photographs to treasure forever.

Being able to shoot weddings is much more than just a job. It means I’m lucky enough to be trusted by our wonderful wedding couples to work subtly, getting involved in the day and shooting discretely to capture these incredible, once-off occasions – helping you to remember and celebrate your wonderful day forever.

Photos (and film if you book a Videographer) tend to be the lasting memories from your day. The cake gets eaten, the dress is worn once and flowers well… don’t last that long.  Your photos get printed, shared with friends and family, set as backgrounds, popped into frames, turned into beautiful wedding albums or hung on the wall.. Your film gets watched and rewatched – and those are the memories you’ll be able to look back on for years to come.

Let’s work together to create something unbelievably incredible.
