Bella’s Christening – Family Photography
In a bit of a break from weddings & engagement shoots, I was delighted to be able to help Charlotte and Michael with photography to capture their beautiful daughter Bella’s Christening at Old Lakenham Parish Church in Norwich on Sunday 1st May.
Charlotte and Michael were let down at the last minute by another photographer, leading to a plea for help on the day before.. by an absolute stroke of luck the day was free and I’m pretty sure we set a new record for the quickest booking in the diary!
As always, I arrived a little early to have a look around and shoot the details… wow! With an incredible spread of cakes & sandwiches along with a massive ball pool AND bouncy castle, the church hall was looking fantastic. Little Bella meanwhile was taking the opportunity to catch up on her sleep… 
Cake.. cupcakes.. cake… cupcakes… and cake!!
With guests and family starting to arrive we took the opportunity for a few pre-ceremony photos outside in the glorious sun.
Cue the star of the show 🙂
Formalities all done, let the fun begin! The ballpool was nothing short of awesome – inspired idea to have air jets …. highly recommended for the sheer entertainment value!
