Kimberley Hall Wedding Photography – Rosie and Ben
With impeccable attention to detail throughout the day provided by the brilliant Softley Events (thanks Emma) along with wonderfully hand-crafted special touches from our lovely couple and a superstar DJ (thanks Mitch Matthews!) to whip the evening into action, the day flew by without so much as a hitch. Watch out for an extra special appearance in the DJ box (tread carefully if you go ask for a request) and a few super-special little ducks…
Before all of this however, Rosie and Ben opted for a quick visit to the beautiful North Norfolk coast to help settle some pre-wedding photographic nerves – with the end result of being able to jump straight into capturing their wonderfully special day. I always suggest considering a pre-wedding shoot if you’re not sure about the idea of being followed around by someone with a camera – simply as it provides a wonderful opportunity to get used to the concept before your special day. It’s also a fantastic way to get some extra-special photos of you ahead of the day… perfect for signing boards or guest books too 😉
Leap forwards to the Big Day itself!
Starting the morning off with a visit to Rosie’s mum’s house to capture the beginnings of bridal preparations, in a few short hours it was time to jump back in the car and head off to the gorgeous Kimberley Hall, near Wymondham. Rosie and Ben had opted to marry in beautifully appointed Music Room before heading around to the West Wing for their Wedding Breakfast.
Along the way we had time to take in some of the awesome sights around Kimberley, including the beautiful views, perfect gardens and their amazingly stunning Butterfly Staircase – which quite simply has to be seen in all its glory to be believed! Throw in a healthy dose of fun & games in the manicured gardens outside with a spot of exuberant groomsmen leaping off the wall and everyone was ready to rock the house into the wee small hours with full points to DJ Mitch!
With a stunning cake crafted by Amber over at Little A’s Cakery, top-notch catering through the day by Owsley-Brown and Emma from Softley Events looking after us all, the day was simply perfect from start to finish!
