Thanks for getting as far through my website as the pricing pages. I hope on your travels you’ve been able to have a good nose around my website and found out a little more about how I try and approach capturing your beautiful wedding day.

Unlike so many other things involved in planning a wedding, checking a wedding photographer’s pricing (and hopefully booking) doesn’t need to be difficult.

I’m not a fan of trying to “sell” anything to anyone, so if you like what I do, please keep reading to find out how much it’s all going to cost and most importantly, what’s included.

I’ve always preferred to try and keep this simple, so there are no hidden extras and no need to jump through hoops.

Wedding Photography Pricing is normally made up of a few things – how long I’m with you for on the day, whether you’d like to include a pre (or post) wedding shoot / couples session, costs for travel, editing time and of course whether you would or wouldn’t like to include a hand crafted wedding photo album to properly showcase your day in print.

Before COVID was a thing, I would typically only book full day coverage as this fits best with my storytelling approach.

Now, however, I’m always happy to talk about shorter coverage for micro weddings although I cannot always offer this for key dates or especially Fridays and Saturdays through the Spring & Summer months.

Full Day

£2,150 (2024/5)

All day photography coverage by Tim, from the morning preparations until the party vibes in the evening. No hard time limits and absolutely no clock-watching.
A beautifully produced 4K slideshow video set to licensed music to showcase the best bits of your big day.
Professionally edited full size images in my genuine, colourful and vibrant style supplied in a mixture of timeless Black and White & colour – all yours to treasure.
Full “printing rights” to share with your friends and family & create anything from prints to wall art.
Your Digital Files are delivered through our private, password protected online gallery system; ready to share, download and online for a minimum of a year.
Access to our modern self-service print, wall art and album collections; no need for awkward and pressured sales conversations.
Pre-booking and pre-wedding planning Zoom meetings along with as much time as you need to answer questions or help.

No need for full day coverage or planning a small but perfect micro wedding? I’m always happy to tailor coverage to suit your plans.

Generally available for mid-week weddings & weekends outside of summer months.
Priced by hour with a minimum of 3 hours coverage for £600 and £200/hour thereafter.

How To Book

If you have any questions or would like to chat – or think we’d be the perfect match, the very first step is to fill in my contact form with a few details about your plans.

I’ll reply to every enquiry whether I’m available or not – so if you’ve not heard anything from me within 24 hours, please do check any spam folders and feel free to email me directly at hello@timstephensonphotography.co.uk!

What Happens Next?

Once I’ve got your enquiry, I’ll check the diary to see if I’m available and reply to you by email. I’ll also normally send you a quick text message just in case my email ends up in your spam folder.

We’ll then take care of any questions you may have at this point, and normally line up time for a chat via Zoom to say hello. I always recommend we try and do this before confirming anything as we’ll spend a LOT of time together on the day and it’s important we get along.

Dates cannot be held or reserved without a signed contract & booking fee.

After we’ve chatted and assuming it’s a YES, I’ll send across a quote and contract via email (our booking “paperwork”) and we can get everything confirmed.

Once you’re all booked in, we’ll then also invite you to join our private Clients only Facebook Group to help keep you up to date with everything we’re up to along with always being available to help with any planning questions.

Then, that’s it until usually around 6-8 weeks before your big day – when we’ll get back in touch to arrange time to chat through timings and details.

This is also when any remaining balances are due so that everything is settled before the big day.

Finally…. I’ll then arrive at the appropriate moment on your wedding day, and together we’ll create a beautiful set of photos to help remember every single bit of your special day!
