Tim Stephenson Photography How To Book Your Wedding Photographer

Pricing & Booking

Simplicity

One, All-Day Collection

I like to keep things simple. So many other things on your wedding day are full of countless choices and options, but photography doesn’t need to be.

So, if you book me, I’m with you all day. From morning preparations right through to your amazing evening party without any fixed time limits or awkward mid-party conversations about paying more for additional hours.

Read on for details!

All the edited images are yours without any limits on how many finished images you receive & a full print release.

The only limit is the day. A massive event with 200 guests and a megastar party will probably have more finished images than an elopement to Cley Windmill on the coast, but they’ll all be as stunning as each other.

Staying with simplicity, photos are presented to you through our password-protected digital gallery system, offering the option of full-size downloads or ‘gram friendly versions – perfect for your socials.

Also usually included is a beautiful USB presentation box with a selection of prints and all your images as above, stored on a wooden USB key.

Finally, for every full-day booking I always include a beautiful 3-4 minute 4K video slideshow showcasing your special day.

These are set to fully licensed music matching your day, and are perfect to share with friends and family, both near and far, to show the magic of your wedding day (check out the Blog to see some more of these!).

£1,800 (2020 & 2021 Weddings)

How to Book

So, assuming you love what you’ve seen and read so far, the next step is to decide that you would like to have chat about potentially booking me to shoot your awesome wedding!

Just like my style and approach on the day, I keep booking pretty simple. It’s rather important you’re relaxed and at ease in front of the camera on your big day so I always prefer to get things started with a proper chat about your fabulous plans via Skype, Facetime etc. or simply over a coffee. I’m not able to hold dates forever without a booking fee & signed contract, but as long as we’re chatting I’ll keep your date earmarked in the diary and let you know if anyone else gets in touch for the same date.

Everything starts with saying hello! Please head on over to my Contact page and fill in a few vital details about your plans. You’re also more than welcome to email me directly if you’re not a fan of forms. Please include your date, venue and as much detail as you fancy telling me about your day!

I’ll then check the diary, and get back to you as soon as I can.

Tell me more!
