SyncDevelopHer @ St Andrews House

To celebrate SyncDevelopHER’s first birthday, the team were delighted to be able to introduce Ermine Amies from Sandler Training to discuss Human Software; the ways people communicate, how people are “wired” and what you can do about it.

The event was hosted in the modern St Andrews House facility belonging to City College Norwich, with plenty of opportunities for photos as Ermine introduced the group to Human Software; lifting the lid on understanding what makes us tick along with looking at how individuals need to communicate in an office environment.

Being a birthday party, obviously cake was also involved…

Gain understanding of how people are “wired”, and how we differ from one another, and develop a clearer understanding of what people need from you. Ermine Amies from Sandler Training will take us through ornithology to the nitty gritty of the internal programmes you run, the way this impacts others and they impact you and what you can do about it.
Learn how to increase your influence in the office, to sell more or simply develop stronger rapport with the people you work with. You’ll get the tools to play detective with the birds – and work out what drives the mysterious ways of your colleagues, business associates and even your family. And she’ll share with you why the golden rule your mum taught you is just plain wrong and what the golden eagle sees.
