Shall we just give a little nod to the timeless beauty that comes with black and white photos?Whether captured on 35mm film or digital, when you strip away the colour you're left with textures, shadow and light; emotive classic photos that will stand the test of time better than any passing trend or filter.When editing a set of images I always look for photos that have the potential to stand out in black and white and will edit those in B&W as well as their beautiful colour original. This doesn't suit every photo though and some just work better in colour, whether that's down to their composition or if the colour is important as part of their story.Your gallery will always includes a balance of B&W and Colour photos. As is often the case this time of year we’ve arrived firmly into September and I’ve realised that my socials are a looooong way behind!Let’s fix that 🙂@chelseagarside_ & @jackgar74 tied the knot at the fantastic @glenlodge_bawburgh and invited @mikesavoryfilms and I along to capture the awesomeness.This was my first visit to Glen Lodge and I’m looking forward to coming back! What a hidden delight of a Norfolk Wedding Venue!Catching up with both Jack and Chelsea in the morning we soon got cracking with the day; covering everything from those precious moments of calm first thing all the way through to fantastic speeches, a packed dancefloor and of course a quick dash out to some beautiful areas around Glen Lodge to make the most of the evening light.Here’s a little look at their big day 🙂

Just before heading out to today's wedding, I need to wish a huge one-week congratulations to the fantastic Chelsea and Jack - whose beautiful Glen Lodge wedding I had the delight of capturing last week!What. A. Day!!!!This was my first visit to Glen Lodge in Norfolk along with Mike Savory Films and well, what a venue! An enormous thank-you to the team for looking after us on the day... and for showing us all the best spots. Definitely worth jumping on the back of another golf cart to get there!The Team:
